Visiting Jerez de la Frontera

If you are visiting Andalusia and Sevilla, you may want to extend your time out to the coast and enjoy a visit to the Sherry country which is produced here in Jerez. The name of the town is a Spanish version of the word “sherry.” So you will want to arrange a visit to one of the many Sherry vineyards located around the town. But also nearby, is the famous Andalusian horse ranch located at the Yeguada Cartuja Hierro del Bocado near Jerez. Here is the link to our post about the horses as part of our trips from Sevilla.
