History of the United States in the Twentieth Century

The Institute presents a thirty-week course “History of the United States of America in the Twentieth Century”. In the first year of US History, we studied the story of how the colonies fought for their independence, came together to form a union, won their freedom from Britain, and formed a new nation. The second year we studied the Civil War, Abraham Lincoln, Reconstruction, the Gilded Age, and how US entered the world. The third year course will study the United States in the Twentieth Century. All classes begin at 7:00 PM.
