Thao Nguyen was born in Vietnam, but grew up from a very young age in Poitiers-France, where she earned degrees in International Business, as well as English & Hispanic Civilizations. She went on to a university in Paris to further specialize in International Business and Business Administration before moving to Southern California to gain experience abroad. She eventually settled in the Bay Area. After many years working in International Sales Support & Marketing for the medical device industry, she has decided to focus more on family and personal interests. She has always been into languages and travelling, and has been lucky to keep up with her goal of visiting at least 1-2 new places in the world every year to enjoy diverse cultures — and foods, of course!
