(SEP 7) HAVANA ~
Lovingly “tinkered” 1950s American-made cars line the city’s streets. Hip-gyrating rumba emanates from back alleys. Noble monuments share the city streets with gaping squalor. (SEP 14) ST. PETERSBERG ~
Reclaiming land from bogs and marshes, Peter the Great built a glittering capital for himself and Russia ~ treasure trove of art and culture, a city of Baroque and neoclassical palaces, great cathedrals, canals, and museums like The Hermitage, which houses one of the world’s greatest art collections. (SEP 21) KYOTO ~

(SEP 28) NEW DELHI ~
India’s capital is littered with the relics of lost empires. The modern city is a chaotic tapestry of medieval fortifications, Mughal mausoleums, dusty bazaars, colonial-era town planning, and mega malls ~ a vastly populated and historic land of Hindu, Buddhist and Islamic art and culture. ENROLL
